journeyman Posted December 11, 2005 Posted December 11, 2005 I've never been into really loud music - I have one CD by Simonetta (and a couple of chant CDs) - are there other Catholic artists more in the "folk" tradition?
Ash Wednesday Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 I listen to a lot more secular than I do sacred/Christian. The music from phatmass is the first modern Christian music I've ever listened to that I really consistently liked. Most of the time these days, when I liked Christian/Catholic music it was just the sacred and classical stuff. I often felt the mainstream Christian pop and rock to not really be my thing at all. But I think the phatmass stuff is great. Maybe it's because I know it's totally Catholic.
