Try melatonin. It's natural and it puts me right to sleep when I need it. You can get it at GNC.

If I can't fall a sleep, I pray and I ask God to help me fall asleep. Yeah, If I am restless in the night, I pray.

100 mg Benadryl. Takes care of the sniffles too.

Take the medicine that was prescribed to you, and I would suggest you seek some counseling. Forgive my ignorance if you've already tried that.
