kateri05 Posted August 29, 2005 Posted August 29, 2005 why do people want to live in Hawaii? sure beaches blah, but they DO have hurricanes PLUS since its an island, everything, inlcuding gas and food, is SUPER expensive. and besides, any culture that loves SPAM needs help : so with that in mind, and the fact that despite the fact that i currently reside in CA, you couldn't pay me to live in this liberal cess pool (love makes you do crazy things heres mine: Maryland (family is there, teh state is so-so) PA (ditto, but i actually like it there) VA Florida (sure there are hurricanes, but its sunny, beaches and no state tax! Alaska (maybe, for a little while, A: its beautiful, 2: they PAY you too!
