Elephant ear - the dough is squished flat before being fried.
Funnel cake - the dough is squirted through a funnel (hence the name) into a vat of hot oil.

Oo kettle corn! YUM. Fresh squeezed lemonade would be delicious too if only I could find it! Funnel cake stands are EVERYWHERE, as are the turkey leg stands. I suppose I really SHOULD spend more time in the food area. :rolleyes: :P:
