Found Free at Google Video: America Freedom... by Aaron Russo

"The scariest film you'll see this year. It will leave
you staggering out of the theatre, slack-jawed and
trembling. Makes 'Fahrenheit 9/11' look like 'Bambi.'
After watching this movie, your comfy, secure notions
about America - and about what it means to be an
American - will be forever shattered.
Producer/director Aaron Russo and the folks at Cinema
Libre Studio deserve to be heralded as heroes of a
post-modern New American Revolution. This is shocking
stuff.

You'll be angry, you'll be disgusted, but you may
actually break out in a cold sweat and feel a sickness
deep in your gut; I would advise movie theatre
managers to hand out vomit bags. You may end up
needing one." (Todd David Schwartz, CBS Radio)

The awesome videos are on google video because some people were nice enough to post them on there, so that we can watch them for free.

Google videos can be posted by anyone, so you could be listening to Terrorists right now! :D:

It makes me laugh when I read some of the comments on here. If I'm going to comment on someone's video post, I'm at least going to be impartial about the whole thing by watching the video.
By the looks of it, it doesn't seem like any of you are even taking the "time" to watch it. If for some reason you see Osama Bin Laden hosting the video and interviewing his followers then you can leave your sardonic "you could be listening to Terrorists right now" remark.
Seriously, do me a favor and don't judge something you haven't even watched. That is pure IGNORANCE.
Oh, and the video has nothing to do with terrorists, so I rest my case. :)

wow. That was definitely the most digustingly angry I've been in a long time

ok, I didnt even watch the whole thing. I only got through half of it. But you do realize this is nothing new, right? Income tax aside, this has been debated since Alexander Hamilton, a Federalist, became treasurer. If you want in on the political discussion in this country, why dont you try to read some history books instead of watching all the conspiracy garbage you find online.

hmmm, interesting. This is quite good. And I most certainly, think that "terrorists" aren't recording films on google video.

I'm just saying anyone could post a video there. I wasn't specifically saying a terrorist was recording it.

It's true. You could very well be looking at something posted by someone who's not even American.

ANY patriotic American have to see this.
This scratches the surface and 'OH BOY'
A whole lot of bad starts pouring out.
Everyone owe it to themselves to watch this.

Posted (edited)

any patriotic American is already well aware of most of this. It's just the way it works. Its not considered a forced tax because we ourselves elect the officials that tax us. If you dont like it, then try to get someone else in office. This is not facism.

please do. It's true, I dont always agree with what goes on in my country, but it's still my country. What are we suppose to do about income tax anyways? Definitely the least of our worries while abortion is still around, not to mention the countless Teri Shiavos whom are ignored by our politicians.

why didnt you address my other statement Truthseeker? How can this be facism if we elect these income taxers into office?

Didymus,
Have you seen the entire film? Because if you have then you would be asking that question to TruthSeeker. Dude, take the time to view the entire film. Unless it's too boring for you.

If you knew what I looked like, you'd eat your words. It's funny how people who care about their country are looked upon like 'crazy tin foil hat wearing' kooks. I won't disagree that there are those type of people out there, but come on.
More and more people are seeing the reality to what's actually going on behind the scenes.

You'd be surprised to know the majority of Americans have NO CLUE whatsoever that there doesn't exist a law that requires us to pay an income tax.

If more and more people knew that, there would probably be a revolution.

Its just sad that the people that call themselves patriotic, they are the people that resist the truth so badly:(

as loud as everyone if not louder!
But she's favourite to become the first woman president.Ridiculous absolutely crazy!

Okay, haven't watched the film because I honestly don't have time at the moment (just taking a quick break from my papers & PhD app), but I have a quick question/comment. Doesn't the 16th amendment to the Constitution give Congress the ability and right to impose income tax? It says "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

And seeing as Amendments are voted on by each state's legislature after that, this would seem to be a legal power that we the people have given to our government through voting for such a thing. We vote for our representatives, who then enact laws for us. I do think more people need to get involved in voting, and voting responsibly, though, especially in light of some laws that are passed by those we elect.

If this isn't about income tax, then sorry for butting in. :)
