Thats not to say I don't get annoyed with certain posts. lol

Not to argue with you right now, but moderators exist to enforce these guidelines among Catholics and non-Catholics alike, and the guidelines are a bit more than what you describe above. No one should expect the moderators not to enforce these guidelines, since dUSt has asked them to and since it is his site. There are no special guidelines for non-Catholics and special guidelines for Catholics, they apply to all without exception.
