kujo Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 McCain is going to lose while Obama and his la-la-land people are going to be coming to the D.C. area. Lord help us.
peregrinus_WA Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Pollsters know where and how to take polls that will be in their favor. It is called fraud and tampering.

Aloysius Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 I wouldn't be too surprised to see McCain lose some red states... he doesn't really have much enthusiastic support from the base... if he can muster up enough enthusiastic fear of obama, then maybe he could inspire enough people to get out and vote in the red states, but I could see him not only losing swing states but some traditionally red states in this election. who knows though... long way to november.
KoC (and Socrates, I believe) was graciously trying to convince us that discussion of struggles with that sin and talking about ways to avoid it between men and women was "scandalous" because of the "adult" nature of the discussion. When we tried to explain that self-gratification was not an exclusively "adult" problem, it fell upon deaf ears. Despite his efforts and good intentions, it did nothing but amuse me.

CatherineM Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Last night on the Canadian news, it was all about the potential first lady's popularity poll. Mrs. Obama's was higher because she was just on the View.
HisChildForever Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 A lot of college-aged kids love Obama because he seems so youthful and enthusiastic.
dominicansoul Posted June 21, 2008 Posted June 21, 2008 ...and a lot of people support Obama because they have no idea what he actually stands for... When I told a bunch of college-aged students about the infanticide happening in his state, and how he fought to protect it, ...their jaws just absolutely dropped...they didn't know what to say, or how to take the news. They had such excitement for him (he had just spoken at our university the day before...) and it was as if I had popped their bubbles.

Maybe there should be a blue and pink coding so that we know these things. I think the pic of the big black man threw me off.
Justin86 Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 And now for something entirely different. http://news.aol.com/political-machine/2008...oll-june-20-27/ Vote in this poll.
Justin86 Posted June 22, 2008 Posted June 22, 2008 The week before this poll had Obama winning by eight states.
