I have a lot more respect for Hanson. Even with their long hair. They came out with their first albun when I was like 16 or 17... people thought they were girls. lol But, they were a homeschooled family, I think the oldest of 7 or 8 kids, their mom (as I recall) taught them to play instruments... they started off playing in bars and things. More self-made than the Jonas brothers... I have little tolerance for Disney start-ups. I think it's a prejudice of mine. Still, I have listened to a couple of their songs and remained unimpressed. Hanson had some catchy little tunes and hip three minute ditties. (Brownie points to the person who knows where that line comes from--without looking it up!) I wouldn't really call myself a Hanson fan, either. I just respect them.
