I would try contacting people on the IM's they have listed on their profiles, if you can see that.

I have butted heads with a few people on here now and then, but my bark is worse than my bite and generally I don't mean ill will towards anyone, and generally I try to just shrug off people doing rude or stupid things. If you're getting worked up and you can't discuss things rationally or with any maturity, remember: there are more important things than winning a peeing contest over the internet. Step away from the computer, take a walk, do the dishes, or go to church or something. I think if you're reaching a point where you actually have to even resort to using the ignore button, then there's a problem. As this is a Catholic place where obscenities and personal attacks aren't tolerated around these parts, in theory and in a mature world, resorts to ignoring shouldn't even be necessary.

Kind of along the lines of what they say about confessing your sins to one another in the bible. I know it sounds kind of corny, but it could actually help out around here. I wouldn't mind and am open to apologizing to some people on here.

homeschoolmom Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 As a point of clarification.... Only du.st can change the filtre, change your group label, give you pm privileges or take them away... and a bunch of other stuff. The mods only try to keep things tidy around here...
