I go to an Eastern Mass. I don't think that I will switch jurisdictions but I still love going.

I am also going to start doing icons again. I really loved that in highschool but college kinda got in the way of that.

I just went to a Maronite church today for Sacred Mysteries. It was soooooooooo beautiful. I love going there, I've been about 4 times total... The liturgy is just amazing. I can't even put into words. There's a reverence that I've never seen/experienced. It truly lifts your soul to Heaven. Heaven on Earth. Amazing.

So yeah. I would totally be Maronite. I plan on going there more often now.

The Roman Rite is beautiful and venerable.

I think if more Roman Catholics got acquainted with the ancient ways of of the Latins, they'd be more content if not over saturated with what they have.

Is there any real reason that one couldn't attend an Eastern Catholic mass... very often... but not become Eastern Catholic?
I've never been to one of your masses, but after seeing all this, and after having talked to you a few times, I very much would like to!
Btw, which would be the most impressive rite to check out? No bias!

My friend goes to the Maronite parish every Sunday, but is Latin Rite.

I am more attracted to the Eastern Rite and their ancient ways? It is not a matter of being content. I love the Eastern Rite. Maybe you should check one out?

That is an Eastern Mass...I think. There are different rites within the Eastern Rite.

I am learning more and more about the Eastern Rite the more and more I learn the more and more I fall into love with it.

I think the Latin Rite is the best Rite in God's Church. That being said all the Rites of the Church are beautiful.
