There are alot of christain people saying the same thing i am, and thats where i get alot of it from. A literal antichrist is coming to earth and he is going to have signs and wonders that will fool even the ellect if that were possible. Jesus says there will be signs in the heavens upon his arrival. There are alot of christan sects teaching that the rapture before the tribulation will take place. Alot of these techings are accompanied with anti catholic teachings and false teachers who do not submit to the catholic church. So if these pictures and videos are real and they are really of the occult, then we may be drawing very close to the times predicted in revelations. Ya its scary and nobody wants it to happen but it doesnt mean its not going to happen. I dont know why I kill you ? lol I mean all I have said is that fallen angels may be behind the ufo mystery's. And then lilac angel brought to my attention that in the pictues there were symbols of christ. So if they are not from man and they are not from God then they are from satan. Or they are not so much anitcatholic but they do not see the catholic church as the church Christ started. Ya them being raptured away is just a theory. Although it is possible. What would happen is a immediate responce on earth that Jesus had returned and raptured away the church. This would be proceded by the appearence of the anitchirst. What you would have then is a.) faithfull catholics who KNOW that the pretribulation rapture isnt true and that those raptured away weren't really taken away by the real Jesus Christ. b.) you would have catholics who had fallen away who would be confused and not know what to believe. (those would be the ones we would have to reach out to) c.) you would have those who dont believe in anyting and would be decieved by the antichrist and take on the mark of the beast predicted in revelations.

(ufo= unidentified flying object) so then he may offer to take away people with him. you would have all these new age people who would jump at this. then you would have some really decieved christains who felt this was really christ and the "rapture" they had been taught about. then who knows where satan will take them. the universe is pretty big. and then after that happens he will set up his kingdom on earth and introduce the mark of the beast so that no one who doesn't accept it on their wrist or forehead can buy or sell. seven years of that and then you have the return of JESUS CHRIST cant wait ! You do not support the rapture but you do support the literal (technological) "mark of the beast" as well as the "seven year" tribulation? Those are very common beliefs amongst the Born Again Christians. As Catholics we believe in neither. While there will be signs of God's coming, this is what will occur: V. THE LAST JUDGMENT 1038 The resurrection of all the dead, "of both the just and the unjust,"623 will precede the Last Judgment. This will be "the hour when all who are in the tombs will hear [the Son of man's] voice and come forth, those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment."624 Then Christ will come "in his glory, and all the angels with him. . . . Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate them one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, and he will place the sheep at his right hand, but the goats at the left. . . . And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."625 1039 In the presence of Christ, who is Truth itself, the truth of each man's relationship with God will be laid bare.626 The Last Judgment will reveal even to its furthest consequences the good each person has done or failed to do during his earthly life: All that the wicked do is recorded, and they do not know. When "our God comes, he does not keep silence.". . . he will turn towards those at his left hand: . . . "I placed my poor little ones on earth for you. I as their head was seated in heaven at the right hand of my Father - but on earth my members were suffering, my members on earth were in need. If you gave anything to my members, what you gave would reach their Head. Would that you had known that my little ones were in need when I placed them on earth for you and appointed them your stewards to bring your good works into my treasury. But you have placed nothing in their hands; therefore you have found nothing in my presence."627 1040 The Last Judgment will come when Christ returns in glory. Only the Father knows the day and the hour; only he determines the moment of its coming. Then through his Son Jesus Christ he will pronounce the final word on all history. We shall know the ultimate meaning of the whole work of creation and of the entire economy of salvation and understand the marvelous ways by which his Providence led everything towards its final end. The Last Judgment will reveal that God's justice triumphs over all the injustices committed by his creatures and that God's love is stronger than death.628 1041 The message of the Last Judgment calls men to conversion while God is still giving them "the acceptable time, . . . the day of salvation."629 It inspires a holy fear of God and commits them to the justice of the Kingdom of God. It proclaims the "blessed hope" of the Lord's return, when he will come "to be glorified in his saints, and to be marveled at in all who have believed."630 Source: http://www.scborromeo.org/ccc/p123a12.htm#V Those of us who are deemed just will receive our glorified bodies and live eternally in the "new Heaven and the new Earth."

Why dont we as catholics believe in the literal mark of the beast ? Revelation 13 : 16 It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hand or their foreheads, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast name or the number that stood for its name. So how will one recieve the mark of the beast ? Is it mental ? By a lack of faith ? But then why the passage about not being able to buy or sell without the mark ?
Guest Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 (edited) I know you are right and another really good teacher I like says the same thing about the mark of the beast not literally being a chip placed in the forehead or hand. Im just confused as to why. Edited January 9, 2009 by Guest
HisChildForever Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 The "mark" probably represents the individual loyal to the Devil; there is a "mark" on the soul. Revelation is incredibly difficult to understand. I just started The Lamb's Supper this afternoon and it is about the relationship between the Mass and Revelation. The back of the book says "Revelation mirrors the sacrifice and celebration of the Eucharist" and as I read the book (in chapter three right now) it is true. There is more to Revelation than the end of the world.
HisChildForever Posted January 9, 2009 Posted January 9, 2009 You also have to remember that the word "chip" was not used when referring to this mark. It is assumed to be something physical by those who support the Rapture theory, and since we live in an age of technology, it was automatically decided that it must be some advanced, technological chip.

I have read and studied it. I would say that alot of it has to do wih the end times though. Also there are several warnings about even the ellect being decieved by the antichrist if that were possible. So if even the ellect can be decieved it means the devil is going to being fooling alot of people. Even some who consider themselves devout christinas. Revelation 13 : 16 It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hand or their foreheads, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast name or the number that stood for its name. That is the part that im trying to figure out. It seems pretty clear that revelations is going to play out. The author warns " Whoever has ears out to hear these words " This is right after describing the beast in chapter 13. Im going to do some googling and see what I can find from catholic teachers on this. Edited January 9, 2009 by Guest
