Well, I was hoping for a more explicit example of someone being fired for being a Christian, or for stating they were a Christian. That's what you said in your original post, that you can't even divulge that you're a Christian in the workplace. In none of the above articles were people fired for [u]being[/u] a Christian, or saying they were Christian, rather they were sacked for something they did.

I am uncertain that anyone in my firm has been out and out fired for Christianity, but there are other ways around it.

An employee can not be fired due to age, but he/she can be released for "performance issues."

At my firm, we have "been reminded" to be considerate to all and respect diversity ( a loose term meaning leave all of YOUR values at the door ).

However, when you come into my cube / office, you are in my territory...

Screensaver deals with anti-abortion image.

Crucifix on my wall, in view to those who visit.

Copy of the Bible and compendium on my desk.

My cell phone case has a cross on it.

I wear a crucifix of the Risen Christ.

If I am released, it will be for "performance issues."
