I didn't use it for a month and then when I tried to the battery held 0 charge. Computer is only 9 months old. If it is real, I say the photographer or a cohort crashed the system... On the other hand, at least Windows displays error messages. I've heard horror stories of Macs crashing and people having no idea why. Then they have to call tech support and do some trial and error with tier 1.
