Hmmm... I thought I had made a reply in this thread, but I guess not. I'm not sure what I would want to do... there is nothing that really comes to mind, although I do want to make a trip with my sister (mostly because she really wants to) and I've thought of getting a tattoo (something small and inconspicuous) of a crucifix over my heart... but I don't know if I would.

My Religious Life Bucket List before entering this year....

Get a tattoo- got that a few weeks ago (cross on my right shoulder blade)
Family holiday
social drinks with friends
Go visit the west coast of the US
Be as lazy as possible at home
Go back to London
Camping trip
Go to the Beach as much as possible

I'm sure I can think of more just not ATM :clapping:

I know.

I really think that jaguars are just stocky leopards. The resemblance between the two makes them difficult for most people to tell them apart in pictures. The way I remember is that a jaguar's head looks a lot like a rottweiler's--big and broad. Also, the leopard has furrier ears.

This is a leopard (Zawadi is her name; she is my favorite leopard from Big Cat Diary):

This is the jaguar again:

I think most of it is possible minus the trip to London!

Well this is funny. The first time I come back on phatmass after leaving the convent I see this thread back up. In case anyone is looking for ideas, here are some things that I did before entrance:

- Bouncing on those big bungee trampolines they have at the mall.
- Indoor rockwall climbing.
- Got a massage.
- Got a mani/pedi.
- Went on a pilgrimage to a Marian shrine.
- Took my parents out to a nice dinner.
- Flew a kite (never did it before!).
- Gambled at a casino (lost a whole dollar...).
- Went out for drinks with friends.

Ooh, that sounds nice: get a message.

I'd also love to try:

Surfing or boogie boarding in an ocean
Skiing
Horseback riding

I call them the "Leopards of the rainforest" because they, like leopards, are very elusive. It's like chasing shadows. I would never want to get too close to where a leopard or jaguar is either because they can stalk you without you even knowing they are there. :shocking:

Haha! I know! I wrote a paper on them and how if they become extinct, we're in deep poo.

Like, the entire world. Not good for the environment and they help with containing diseases....

Probably Vegas. You might not want to go there after you're in a habit.

Unless you're in Sister Act!

If I really go for it, I want to travel the world first. I'm going to take advantage of all or at least most of the trips my college will offer when I transfer. They have spring break international trips, spring break service trips and mystery trips! I'm going to Rome in April so that's a start.

Yeah, it really is sad that they are so vulnerable to extinction. If I don't become a Sister, that is what I plan to work on--conservation of the big cat species. They are magnificent creatures and I will really hate it if they all die out. :(
