Personally, I have never paid much attention to what the person doing my hair looks like. In my experience, they try to sell the hair junk AFTER they've given you the cut. Which to me, is the selling point, not the stylists hair. If this stylist used these products on my hair and it looks great now, that's all the proof I think is necessary. Once again, I'm not interested in her knowledge/ability to take care of HER hair. I want to know if she knows how to take care of MY hair. Of course, I have never been that into buying hair junk. However, if she thought there was a product I would like to try and told me she was wearing it right now, I would be more likely to purchase it if I saw what her hair looked like.
