Yeah, there have been some repeats, kind of like how back in the 80s many of these songs were replayed A LOT on the radio

heh, some of my mixed tapes comprised of songs that I recorded on cassette from the radio. It stunk when the DJ talked into the song or before the song was over, and there was always the chance that after waiting an eternity for your favorite song you press record at the wrong time then have to wait an eternity again for a replay.

I remember shopping for a tape player for my '68 beetle in 1982 and seeing an in-dash tape player with a record button.

Please tell me it wasn't yellow. I've always wanted a yellow '68 Beetle.

We just inherited my dad's car because he can no longer drive. It will be, primarily, my dd's car. It's a 97. It's has a cassette player, but, of course, my dd has no cassettes. I offered to make tapes of her cds for her. :hehe: I even found a completely new blank tape.

It was red with no heat and no a/c...and no floor board on the passenger side. Wait until your daughter asks you where is the skip button is. You'll have to teach her the art of precision fast-forwarding.
