I'm still in the habit of doing that from when I stayed at the monastery. They do it "to humble themselves before the One who humbled Himself for us" (that's a quote from Saint Dominic himself! ) I also look like a bobble head during the Rosary. JMJ+

I still look like a bobble head during the Rosary and Mass... "At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow..."
