Sorry Winchester - Don't know how to eliminate a misquote of mine!

Barb - I have had a lot of problems with this too, ever since we lost the reveal codes feature. But I have found that if you insert a paragraph before and after a quote that has been inserted (by clicking on the crooked arrow at the right when you point to the top or bottom of a quote box) then you will be able to select from the empty paragraph before the quote up to and including the empty paragraph after the quote box. Once this is done, simply click on the delete key on your keyboard. Everything disappears. I have had to learn this because I have accidentally selected the wrong quote and needed to delete it, but it wouldn't let me without the extra paragraphs above and below.

If that is as confusing as mud, I am sorry. I don't know how else to explain it. I really miss the reveal codes feature. I used it a lot for formatting.

Thanks nunsense.............trial run tells me I got it ok!  :smile2:

What I did was typed a word before and after the quote to be deleted, then highlight it all and hit delete. Worked ok.
