ironmonk
I am shocked that some here do not believe him.

He has proven himself as Church Militant.
Any Catholic with half a brain wouldn't joke about this.
He has no reason to lie.
Bishops and priests will know before the general public.
The news people will need to write the article and have it approved before it is sent out into the public.
As Aesop said... "He who mistrusts most should be trusted least" It's understandable to ask how they would know, but to basically call him a liar is an insult... yes it is April geniuses, but only a fool would joke about this and Jeff is not a fool. God Bless, ironmonk
dUSt
If he did pass away at that time it was during the consecration , and I wouldn't be suprised if it was at the exact moment the bread turned into the Body of Christ.

I'm sure Jeff understands my caution.
I think most of us understand your fears with the way rumors go around about this. Most of them are not spread to create choas but spread nevertheless. There is a lot of confusion about everything right now. I am going to wait to trust it until I hear the Vatican say it, no matter who tells me. let_go_let_God
I'm in class right now, and it is almost unreal to even think that our Papa has or might have died. I will continue to pray as I am doing my work. God bless and prayers- LGLG

Dave
Well, according to my mom, things like this are often slow to be confirmed. But we should pray regardless.
