What Determines Someones Race?

Race is a social construct.

Therefore, our race is determined predominantly by our skin color and physical features, since that is how society would judge a person on a superficial level. Secondary factors, which would not be immediately disposed to society, would be culture and behavior.

Thank you. So what "race" is a biracial baby, since most are neither "black" or "white" or whatever other mix [asian, indian, native american]? The culture of their parents?
