I was more commenting on people's inability to take ANY criticism or have any disagreement, especially about personal subjects. For instance I took the stance that it was inappropriate for the woman having trouble having sex to blame the church when it was her own attitude problem that caused it. Since we were discussing her problem and not trying to council her, I still adhere to the idea that I found her writing pompous and blame shifting....of course, I'm trained to spot that in my job counseling students.
