New Novice for the Sisters of St. Francis Third Order, in Peoria. They recently had a first profession. I know a former PMer, Jamie (now Sr. Veronica) is over there. She probably has made her final vows by now, I should think.  Anyone know?

Also, this new novice, plus the sister in first vows are "later vocations" for anyone interested.

Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of the Church. Never heard of them. I'm always confused by communities that switch black and white habits. They have a postulant coming in Sept.

They emerged out of the Sisters of Charity of America (Seton-tradition) in the 70s.  It also seems that they have a very gradual change in habits over formation: first year novices change from small grey veils to white veils, second year novices get scapulars, etc.

Actually, no. They are from the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady, Mother of Mercy, a community founded in the early 19th century in the Netherlands. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sisters_of_Charity_of_Our_Lady_Mother_of_Mercy

I re-read their website: https://www.sistersofcharity.com/founderfoundress/

and it looks like they were inspired by the Dutch community, but the actual foundress Mother Marie Alma Lafond had been an American Sister of Charity and that this new community was autonomous from the Dutch.

Upon reading that website, it would appear that Mother Marie Alma Lafond was an American member of an American province (Immaculate Heart of Mary) of the Dutch Sisters of Charity congregation.

It wasn't unusual in the 1970's for members of American provinces of European congregations to break off and form independent congregations in the U.S.  I'm aware of at least two other cases where this happened and another case of an independent congregation coming out of the U.S. province of a Canadian congregation.

For more information on the Dutch Sisters' of Charity presence in the U.S.:

Hna. Caridad is correct. I actually knew sisters in the international congregation at the time of the split, with more traditional sisters forming the new congregation. [Note: I am not being judgmental of either group!] I do know that those who formed the "Mother of the Church" community were originally part of the Dutch congregation.

Thank you both @Hna.Caridad and @Nunsuch! This make so much more sense now.
