It depends on the girl! Some girls want to talk to you every day, some think that's needy and annoying. BUT, you better call when you say you're going to call. Stick to your word, and she'll respect that.

Girls will only want to talk to you if you don't. And most girls make no effort to keep their word. They'll tell you what they think you want to hear and then do whatever they like. They expect commitment and honesty from a man, but want this to be totally one-sided. This woman is probably just lonely and taking advantage of you until the next guy comes along, in which case she'll simply disppear without trace or warning.

Sorry to just jump in on page three, but I have something to say about this...

When I met my now husband, I was pro- birth control, and I didn't understand confession either. In fact, I was as cafeteria catholic as you can get. It was my hubby who showed me and helped lead me back to the TRUE faith, not what I was following.

He dealt with the contraception issue by listening to "Contracaption, why not" by Janet Smith with me on a loooong car ride.

And he always defended and explained the faith to me. Even when he thoght it would offend me or that I wouldn't change.

Please don't back off of explaining the Faith in fear of offending her. If Chad did that I would still be in line at the cafeteria.

(By the way, he had the same issue about moving past friendships too... in fact he called me once from Rome to tell me that he was discerning the priesthood!! Fortunately, God led him somewhere else )
