Piccoli Fiori JMJ Posted February 17, 2009 Posted February 17, 2009 I never had cramps until I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I took pain killers... Also, I recently learned heavy bleeding runs in the family and my grandmother had to have her uterus removed. She also had an ulcerated sore on her ankle that never healed. My mom has told me many horror stories about her mom and the vein popping on her ankle... Last week, I was in so much pain, I ended up puking... fun stuff. This is a lovely thread. Why didn't I know about this?

Either way (and I apologize in advance for saying this) it definitely feels like a lot more than 6 or 7 lbs when the baby is coming out.

But I'm not sure he counts because he ended up being a c-section.... idiot decided to play jump-rope with the umbilical cord...
