I have
clotting issues.
Fasting is the worst thing I can do. (Which, for you normal people, means that fasting is great for
preventing unwanted blood clots!
)

But, I'll survive. Fortunately, I don't do anything important anyway. Would be different if I had to work or take care of someone.
I never had cramps until I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I took pain killers...

Also, I recently learned heavy bleeding runs in the family and my grandmother had to have her uterus removed. She also had an ulcerated sore on her ankle that never healed. My mom has told me many horror stories about her mom and the vein popping on her ankle...

Last week, I was in so much pain, I ended up puking... fun stuff.

This is a lovely thread. Why didn't I know about this?
...This seriously was one of the most random moments of my day.
Technically, wouldn't you get sepsis or something if you didn't dispel those...fluids?
And sepsis may lead to death.
So, doesn't that mean, then, that menstruation isn't entirely pointless?
nope. that won't happen.

They all are in their own way. That's not even their best.

I didn't know that. Fasting prevents that? I never noticed.

I'm always hungrier. Add that to my high metabolism and eating more because of breastfeeding, and you get a person who is constantly hungry while also not feeling well. Fun.

Yep, fasting is probably the most noticeable. Also garlic, onions, and fish.

OTOH, fatty and highly refined things have the opposite effect. Fast food is really... powerful that way.

Probably barely noticeable in normal people, either way, but notice which foods are considered unhealthy?
nope. that won't happen.
Well it won't now, cause you've got a mechanism to prevent it!

I highly doubt that you truly feel that way, or you wouldn't be so happy to be surrounded by them all day and night. :)

If you menstruated, there would be a lot more whiney babies for us women to take care of. So yes, thank goodness you don't.
