You just have to use common sense. I enjoy smoking Hookah and drinking. I also want to be healthy. So I don't smoke or drink often and work out a lot. It's not rocket science. If you're worried about faint cig smoke from a restraunt serving food you probably shouldn't be eating in the first place then don't go there often.
