I don't remember where I saw it but I stumbled across some pictures of an order that wears wedding dresses prior to reception of the habit. But, instead of leaving the chapel and changing into the habit, they put the habit on OVER the wedding dress. Boy did that look awkward, hot, and uncomfortable. I really can't figure out why they do that.
