It is shorter, and second make them something without chocolate and then mail me a few. Last night dad went to unplug the Christmas tree and the rug and tree skirt were wet, the stand was leaking. I suggested moving the nine foot tree into another stand and dad was just like... no way. Eventually I convinced him that we should do that and I stripped the tree of all breakable decorations (which was pretty much all of them) and then we tried lifting the tree out. The sap had made a piece stuck to the tree trunk and we had to hammer that off. After a few hours is was in the other stand and we finally had it looking good again. Now it is fine and just as it was but that episode made "bed time" for me about three hours later then I wanted. I'm tired yes... but I can't remember the last time I wasn't.
