Wow, you lost 50 lbs? In one month? Is that possible? That is amazing!

I want to lose 20 lbs and I'm shooting for only 1-2 lbs a week. I hate working out too, but my brother was pointing out that sticking to a diet is much harder than willing yourself to work out.

I keep backsliding on my diet. You must be sticking to yours. What is your diet like?

oh no.. i started in around July 23rd.

20 lbs in a month or two is a heck of a goal.. good luck!!

The diet is alot of water.. about 150 oz. a day.

i must eat breakfast (or eat within 45 minutes of waking up), I can't eat after 7:30pm. These are the hard parts, bc i do not like breakfast; and I like to raid the fridge at around 9pm.. lol

lots of vegetable, fruits..some carbs..like rice, granola, oatmeal, wheat bread... no carbs at dinner...lean meats..mainly chicken or fish...smaller portions...no chinese food....i cheat too on my diet.. i feel if i didn't i might go crazy. LOL like tuesday I had 7 cheetos with lunch. and last week I put light mayo on my sammich...normally i put rice wine vinegar or lite salad dressing on my sammich..or i stuff it with lettuce and tomatoes.

and I walk/ run on the treadmill 6 days a week for 23 minutes a day.

i'm sure you can do it...

For the Trinity? The Trinity is proud of you and so are we!!!!

or maybe your f-amily (not to be confused with PHamily... you'd never get off the treadmill if you walked a minute for each of us!!!!!

you say you have man boobs so let me say this, if you don't loose tonnes of weight at least you will be a fit fat, which is good too. But than i hope if it is your desire to shed the kilos also that Our lord grant you such grace if it where to advance the kingdom of heaven on earth. :)

Ugh, even though I'm underweight the doctor told me I should exercise. :pinch:
