It isn't music. It is rhythmic poetry with music in the background. So tell me, how distinctly do sets of fundamental frequencies with their associated overtones have to stand out before they reach that magical point of music/not music? BTW major props to Lil Wayne for making a music video depicting a woman choosing not to abort her baby. God bless him for that.
