ThyWillBeDone

I am on a Dostoevsky kick right now. He deals with some great themes like redemptive suffering, resurrection, sin etc. It a nice break from all the philosophy I have to read during the school year. Intresting enought two books by Josef Pieper (mentioned the post above) will be text for some of my classes next semester
God Bless

The Brothers Karamazov (Best Book I ever read) and Crime and Punishment, and I just started the Idiot, and ordered Notes from the Underground and Demons from Borders.com. All translated by Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky, there versions are by far the best. What have you read by him and which was your favorite.
God Bless

Just finished the Da Vinci Code

Now I'm almost done with "The Immaculate Conception" by Bishop Ullathorne. This book is freakin awesome. Definitely the best contemporary work on the doctrine of Mary's sinlessness. Must read for all Catholics, especially apologists.

- The Imitation of Mary - Alexander de Rouville
- Narnia series - C.S. Lewis
- The Rhythm of Life: Living Everyday with Passion and Purpose by Matthew Kelly
- And of course, the Bible. :saint:

The Imitation of Mary is rocking my socks! However, I must admit, my favorite book (other than the Bible) is St. Louis de Montfort's True Devotion -- that book changed my life! The Imitation of Mary might be a close 2nd.

If only there was more time in the day to read...

:nerd:
