(and I think you meant "complimented" above)

Reading the list I think they are all good. I would like to add two more for consideration: Going My Way and Boystown.

Sister Act is a lot of fun and has surprised me with its staying power.

I think some good Catholic movies would be movies from the production company Grassroots Films, because they have a lot of different films out like Fishers Of Men, Crosscultural, and Youth 2000 New York

The Human Experience (grassroots films)
The Scarlet and the Black
Molokai (about Father Damien starring David Wenham)
Bella
The Passion
Sister Act

I was never very impressed by Bells of St. Mary's, or Inn of the Sixth Happiness for being very Catholic

and I never really liked Therese

I assume most people have already seen this but for those who haven't, be warned this film is ripe with language and violence.

Fixed the title :) I just want to second this opinion, as this is an excellent film that more Catholics need to see! It is a very bleak film but I think that for Catholics, knowing we must suffer in this life, it is a beautiful portrait of Christian endurance in the face of very trying circumstances.

You mean the new Ten Commandments movie?
That one's supposed to be really bad.
