HopefulBride Posted July 1, 2012 Author Share Posted July 1, 2012 I'm back. Camp was actually wonderful except for the endless trips to the nurse and the ER visit. Us chaperones really had to walk some long ways but all in all I truly enjoyed watching these children grow to be closer to each other and to Christ. Please keep my kids in your prayers as well as these wonderful lifeteen missionaries who are so dedicated to helping our young Catholics grow in the faith. Happy Sunday y'all!! HopefulBride Posted July 15, 2012 Author Share Posted July 15, 2012 I'm house-sitting for a friend for the weekend and it's been sooo peaceful (and rewarding) She has chickens and they yield wonderful, tasty eggs. It's been such a long time since I've had cage-free eggs and lawd how I've missed them. In the three days since I've been here I've collected over 14 eggs and they were sooo yummy. Now the goats are another story, they try to head butt me and that's not too nice at all, and the deers tend to startle me, jumping out of nowhere and all that so I try not to go to the back of the property. Kitty the dog makes up for it all though because she is just soooo sooo sweet and affectionate and such a protector I'm going to miss her. oh I think I might get to speak to Mother tonight so cross your fingers. I spoke to Mother last night and it looks like I can enter this year so I can say that I am definitely entering this year.
