Ended up finding my favorite place was somewhere along the river that had a great view, right on the edge of where the city gives way to the suburbs. I have no clue what it's called now, just remember the great food and how the US Marshal I was with was telling the story of how the last time he had been there was on the protective detail of a newly appointed federal judge; no one was willing to touch their wings with their hands until the judge did.
